Ingredients:
Fresh leeks from Sahagún.
Red peppers.
Aubergines. Roast (separately if posible) in the oven all the vegetables
The peppers and the
aubergines must be peeled, cut in stripes and put together with the leeks
pouring over the sauce from the peppers. Following next, we
can put all together in a glass vessel and boil
Bain-marie.
Presentation: It must be served cold, as in salad, spicing it with SALT and virgin olive
oil.
This food comes well together
with anchovies or marinated meat: quail, pigeons…
